Terms and Conditions of Sale

Goods must be returned within *14 days from the Invoice date for exchange or refund.Goods must be unworn and undamaged in the original packaging.

Faulty goods, due to Manufacture Faults will be Replaced or Credited Goods faulty due to normal 'wear' and 'tear' will not be Replaced or Credited.
Details of your receipt must be enclosed with your return.

How to return an order:
1. Obtain the Return Request Number: Exchange/Return Request to obtain an RRN (Return Request Number ). Login to your account and fill in the appropriate information. Your request will be received and responded to within 1 to 2 business day.

2. Please follow the return instructions sent to you via email.

We recommend you use an insured registered mail service for exchanges / returns , as if they are not received we cannot credit or exchange.Products can be exchanged / returned at our store. Please ensure you bring your receipt as proof of purchase.

All refunds will be given in the same form as the payment (i.e. if you paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to your card).

Please note Postage / Carriage cannot be refunded on any exchanges or returns, only the cost of the product/s ordered will be refunded. Postage / Carriage will be charged on any exchanges.

* Goods are sent by Royal Mail Post, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Signedfor International or Courier.
